FOR PEOPLE UNDER 130 POUNDS:

You Need To Eat. Weight Loss WILL Come Through Starvation, However Malnourishment Will Come As Well. I’m Not Saying Pig Out, I’m Saying Eat Small Meals In Moderation:

1. Eat A Large, Nutritious Breakfast (Cereal, Fruit, Etc.)
2. Keep Reading This Because You Probably Think That You’ve Heard This Already, But You Haven’t.
3. If You’re Not In The Mood For Exercising, DON’T. Just MOVE. Act Like A Child, Bounce On Your Bed. Run Around The Room Bouncing On The Couches. ALWAYS BE EXCITED FOR SOMETHING.
4. Either Eat No Lunch, Or A Very VERY Small Snack (And When I Say Snack, I Mean 3 Pretzels.)
5. Again, Just MOVE. But Truly, Right Now Would Be The Best Time To Do Non-Rigorous Exercises.  Don’t Run, Jog, Do Jumping Jacks, But Do SQUATS And Push-Ups.
6. By This Time, You Should Be Hungry. Eat A Medium Dinner, And Make Sure To Have Just A Little Meat. So A Perfect Dinner Would Be… Salad (Use Homemade Dressings, With Vinegar And Salt And Oil [But Not Too Much Oil!]), Chicken, Half A Cup Of Rice (STEAMED), And Maybe Some Veggies.
7. Now Go Look At Yourself In The Mirror. You Regret It All, Don’t You. You Think Your Fat. So Go ‘Head Take A Picture Of Yourself, Post It On Tumblr And Let People Tell You What They Think Of You.
8. THERE’S YOUR INSPIRATION. Still Not Convinced? YOU PEOPLE HAVE THE MOTIVATION TO STARVE YOURSELVES, HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE THE MOTIVATION TO EAT IN MODERATION AND KEEP YOURSELVES HEALTHY!? Yes, Continue Your Weight Loss Goals, That Is One Of The Best Things. Work Out. Don’t Cut Yourself. Don’t Starve Yourself. You People Are Beautiful, And The Sad Part Is You Don’t Know It.
